Lifesport is a premium health and fitness club located in Mission Bay’s Eastridge shopping centre.

Our central philosophy is to create fitness solutions tailored to each member by taking their lifestyle, interests, passions, and motivations into account when planning their training programme.

Lifesport is dedicated to ensuring members achieve their personal goals whether they are an elite athlete, new to training or looking to get fit. We offer a flexible and relaxed environment where you can train by yourself or work with us to develop a programme and plan to achieve a specific goal.
